At Vivek Publication, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to assist you in a fair and transparent manner.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear proof of the defect or damage (such as photographs).

  • Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sales or with promotional discounts

  • Gift cards and e-books

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence

Refunds

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
